Terms of Service

Last updated September 20, 2026

These Terms govern your use of ReviewBot ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service lets a business automatically email review requests to its own customers after a transaction, track whether they open the link, and collect private feedback. Emails are sent on your behalf, using customer contact details that you send to us.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password and any two-factor methods secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including your webhook URL. Anyone who has your webhook URL can trigger emails, so keep it private and regenerate it if it leaks.
  • Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Your responsibilities and permission to email

You confirm that you:

  • Have a lawful relationship with, and the right to contact, every customer whose details you send to the Service.
  • Will comply with all laws that apply to your emails and to soliciting reviews, including anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM), consumer-protection and endorsement rules, and the review policies of the platforms you link to (such as Google and Yelp).
  • Will not use the Service to send unlawful, misleading, harassing, or unsolicited bulk messages, to buy or fabricate reviews, or to pressure customers into a particular rating.

You are solely responsible for how you use review requests and for complying with the rules of each review platform. We do not control those platforms and do not guarantee any review outcome.

4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

  • New accounts include a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription, billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

5. Acceptable use and suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, send spam, put the Service or other customers at risk, or fail to pay. Where practical we will tell you why.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and integrations you connect such as Stripe, Zapier, or your invoicing software). We are not responsible for their outages, changes, or policies.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features. We will announce significant changes through the in-app Inbox.

8. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, reviews, or business.

9. Termination and your data

You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled and deleted.

10. Changes to these Terms; contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions? Email us at williejoe2012@outlook.com. Mailing address: 12800 Kiska St NE, Blaine, MN 55449.
